District Judge Kevin O’Donnell

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Daniel J. Carricato, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Jan. 20 by township police.

Christopher D. Gaiser, 31, of Boyers waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 20 by township police. Gaiser in a separate case filed Feb. 18 by township police, waived a charge of retail theft.

Bryan L. Griffith, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 26 by township police. Griffith was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.

Charles E. Hanford, 28, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving and careless driving, filed Jan. 15 by township police.

Adam P. Harris, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, retail theft, terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 17 by township police.

Walter S. Kradel, 34, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, failing to stop at a red light, leaving an unattended vehicle on private property, improperly abandoning a vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Oct. 6 by township police.

Kradel, in a separate case filed Nov. 7 by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $683.50 in fines and court costs.

Lyndsay N. Maples, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of attempted theft by deception, filed Jan. 12 by township police.

Michael A. McCoppin, 28, of Butler waived to court two counts of theft by deception and charges of attempted theft by deception, retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 23 by township police.

Teri L. Mulneix, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 27 by state police.

Jessica D. Mysliwiec, 34, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, improperly driving on a highway and illegally entering or exiting a highway, filed Dec. 19 by township police.

Janet M. Petroci, 68, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and retail theft, filed Jan. 26 by township police.

Alexander M. White, 24, of Mars pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 12 by Butler County Community College police. White was ordered to pay $683.50 in fines and court costs.

Terry Williams, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 20 by township police. Williams was ordered to pay $472.49 in restitution, fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Benjamin L. Bachman, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, driving too fast for conditions and disregarding traffic lanes, and careless driving, filed Jan. 20.

Adam T. Dovenspike, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Jan. 14.

Valerie L. Downs Ulisky, 23, of Butler was held for court on two counts of simple assault, 13 counts of conspiracy to commit simple assault and 11 counts of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 18.

Jennifer A. Heasley, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 3.

Ashlee L. Hoehn, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 3. Hoehn in a separate case filed Dec. 3, waived charges of theft and receiving stolen property.

Tyler A. Irvine, 31, of Butler was held for court on two counts of simple assault, 13 counts of conspiracy to commit simple assault and 11 counts of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 18.

Melissa L. Leviere, 53, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 27.

Blake A. Lowers, 21, of Parker waived to court charges of trespass and theft, filed Oct. 29.

Leitriann Neal, 47, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 28.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:

Randal S. Everett, 52, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failing to yield, improperly backing a vehicle and careless driving, filed Nov. 14 by state police.

Ashley N. Hockenberry, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 13 by state police.

Sean M. McDonald, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 10 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
