Drake Well Museum, 202 Museum Lane, Titusville, will offer free admission Sunday in celebration of Pennsylvania’s Charter Day, commemorating the founding of Pennsylvania through the 1681 charter that King Charles II of Great Britain granted to William Penn. PITTSBURGH

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, 700 Frank Curto Drive, has opened the Tropical Forest Congo exhibit. The Spring Flower Show is scheduled for March 14 to April 12. Heinz History Center, 1212 Smallman St., hosts the largest public display of original items from the “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” television show in the fourth floor Special Collections Gallery. Children’s Museum, Allegheny Square, concludes the exhibit “Bounce: Inspired by the World’s Most Amazing Ball!” on Sunday. “Rainbow Jumpy,” featuring a 30-foot inflatable rainbow-striped tunnel, opens March 14. ToonSeum, Pittsburgh’s Museum of Cartoon Art at 945 Liberty Ave., celebrates the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with a retrospective on display through April 26.Admission is $8 for those over age 13 and $4 for children ages 6 to 12.
