Flooding on Route 19
A drain on northbound Route 19 near the intersection of Freeport Road clogged Wednesday morning, shutting down part of the road just over the Cranberry Township line in Marshall Township. Crews with the state Department of Transportation closed those lanes, although traffic was still able to pass. The flooding was a result of rapidly melting snow and rain.
