JEFFERSON TWP — Kindergarten registration in the South Butler School District for this fall will be next month.

Registration days will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 25, 26 and 27 at the South Butler Primary School. Evening registration hours will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on March 26.

These documents are required for registration: Proof of residency, such as a utility bill, construction or purchase agreement, rental agreement for new families; original birth certificate; and immunization records.

Registration paperwork is available at the Primary School or online via the district website at southbutler.org.

The Primary School will also host a Spring Fling parent and child program on March 17, where kindergarten teachers will organize a fun-filled lesson that includes stories, songs, crafts and games. Parents and children are invited to attend.

Parents can sign up for one of these three sessions: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m., 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:15 to 2:15 p.m.

Due to space limitations, only one parent/guardian may attend with their child, and the program cannot accommodate siblings. Please call the school to register: 724-352-1700 ext. 1500 or e-mail hughesk@southbutler.net.
