Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District, hosting the PMEA District 3 Jazz Band Festival today and Friday at the high school near Foxburg, will present a free concert at 8 p.m. today featuring the Slippery Rock University Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combo. The PMEA District 3 Jazz Band Festival Concert will begin at 7 p.m. Friday with admission of $5. Call 724-659-4661.
