BUTLER TWP — The Duquesne University Tamburitzans will perform Friday at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College.

The 8 p.m. show is part of the Performing Arts Mini-Series.

The nonprofit organization is composed of students who travel the country performing the songs, music and dance of Eastern Europe and neighboring countries.

Tamburitzans' members come from across the United States, Canada and elsewhere.

The next performance at the Succop will be at 2 p.m. March 1 by cellist Robin Hasenpflug along with pianist Elizabeth Etter as part of the Local Artists Mini-Series.
