Drug Destruction
In January 1975, drugs with a street value of nearly $30,000 that had been collected in criminal investigations were destroyed in the incinerator of the Butler County Prison. Taking part in the drug destruction were, from left, Sheriff Robert Watson, Butler Police Chief Ronald Connelly, and Capt. David Campbell of the city police.
