Colton J. Augustine, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 18 by state police.
Virginia A. Booth, 47, of Ellwood City pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 15 by Middlesex Township police. Booth was ordered to pay $382 in fines and court costs.
Wilford J. Charmley, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 20 by Penn Township police. Charmley was ordered to pay $1,639 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Christopher J. Chittester, 40, of Cabot waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license, filed Nov. 12 by state police.
Mary Beth Crawford, 48, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft, filed Nov. 18 by state police.
Melissa J. Crawford, 40, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft, filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Roy I. Jones, 73, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Nov. 18 by state police.
Patrick J. Lytle, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, Sept. 17 by state police.
Kenneth C. Matus, 47, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, filed Nov. 14 by Middlesex Township police.
James D. Parker, 48, of Valencia pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment, filed Dec. 10 by Middlesex Township police. Parker was ordered to pay $1,050 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Tierra Schuster, 19, of Valencia pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 15 by Middlesex Township police. Schuster was ordered to pay $407 in fines and court costs.
Robert Lee Vollmer, 31, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 2 by Penn Township police. Vollmer was ordered to pay $308 in fines and court costs.
