Wesley R. Bortmas, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Nov. 18.

Christopher C. Christy, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 1, 2013.

Ronald A. Dodd Jr., 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, careless driving, failing to give information after an accident, giving false information and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Dec. 3.

Marissa N. Ehrman, 21, of Sarver was held for court on charges of theft by deception and failing to deliver a title, filed Nov. 5.

Austin A. George, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 18.

Tammy Sue Moore, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using her vehicle’s low beam, filed Sept. 25.

Christopher M. Rusch, 30, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft by deception, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, deceptive or fraudulent business practice, failing to pay taxes to the state and failing to file paperwork with the state Department of Transportation, filed Dec. 9.

Aaron M. Schwartz, 34, of Kennerdell, Venango County, waived to court a charge of theft, filed Nov. 8, 2013.

James J. Taylor, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 23.

Garrett Besonson, 20, of Wexford was held for court on charges of DUI, underage drinking and a stop sign violation, filed Nov. 9 by Slippery Rock University police.

Christopher J. Harris, 34, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft, filed Jan. 17, 2013, by state police.

Justin R. Hilliard, 24, of Prospect waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 23 by the Butler County

Drug Task Force.
