CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:

Sean P. Snead, 36, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Donald Raymond Lentz, 32, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 28 charged him with conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Carly Lynn Vodzak, 21, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 1 charged her with retail theft and conspiracy.

Christian Reid, 25, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. Police on Oct. 10 charged him with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.

Matthew David Robinson, 22, of Wampum waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 9 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

Lyndsay Renee Freehling, 31, of Sarver waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 12 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Jenna D. Lawson, 31, of Sewickley waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 10 charged her with conspiracy and retail theft.

Travis Craig McCandless, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Mark Edwin Noah, 47, of Callery waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 9 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

Tamika M. Garrett, 29, of Aliquippa waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 9 charged her with conspiracy, corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Dominique Devon Haley, no age given, of Aliquippa waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 1 charged her with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

John Angelo Benkart, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. County detectives on Dec. 9 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and resisting arrest.

Keilan Lamont Johnson, 19, of Sturgeon waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 12 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Deanna Annita Martin, 24, of Ambridge waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 24 charged her with possession of a controlled substance.

Keith Johnson, 20, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 1 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.

Michael Paul Anthony, 24, of Industry waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 30 charged him with conspiracy, corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Jason Allen Mooney, 38, of Baden waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 22 charged him with access device fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Marko David Maylack, 52, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 23 charged him with harassment and disorderly conduct.

James William Imhof, 24, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 16 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and simple assault.

Damian Kyle Yandura, 24, of New Brighton waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 22 charged him with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Dwain Henry Bentz Jr., 35, of Ambridge waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 24 charged him with conspiracy, criminal attempt, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Brittany McNair, 29, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 13 charged her with simple assault.

Hillary Kaitlyn Perkins, 23, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 25 charged her with retail theft and disorderly conduct.

Lois Annmarie Haugh, 50, of New Brighton waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 21 charged her with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.
