6:41 p.m. Friday — Charmaigne D. Tack, 28, of Butler is accused of returning to the Walmart store after being told she was not allowed on the store property at Butler Commons, stemming from a previous shoplifting incident. Police said Tack is charged with trespass.9:28 p.m. Thursday — Abby L. Tobias, 26, of Grove City was arrested after allegedly shoplifting $376 worth of merchandise from the Kohl's store at the Butler Crossing shopping plaza. Tobias was arraigned on a charge of retail theft, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $1,000 bail.Nov. 21 — Police allege Brandon Vaughan took an electronic tablet that the owner had mistakenly left behind in a shopping cart the Butler Commons' Walmart. The owner returned to the store a short time after realizing the mistake but by then the tablet was gone, according to court documents.He is charged with theft of lost or mislaid property.

Sunday — Police are seeking the person who stole an all-terrain vehicle from a Marcellus shale drill site on Lions Road in Center Township. The ATV, a green Polaris Ranger, was taken between Wednesday and Sunday.The ATV was recovered Sunday on Pinehurst Road, about 15 miles from the drill site where it was stolen.Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.Nov. 11 — Saige Knapp, 23, of Cabot allegedly stole checks from two residents on Marwood Road in Winfield Township, forged their names and used the money to pay off debts and buy merchandise at Walmart. Knapp is charged with theft and forgery.

11 a.m. Monday — A thief stole a man's Bluetooth headset that the postal service delivered in the mail to his home on East Main Street Extension in Pine Township, Mercer County.

10:57 p.m. Sunday — A rifle and other hunting equipment were some of the items stolen from an unlocked vehicle at the American Legion post in Bradys Bend Township.The stolen property, owned by a 56-year-old Chicora man, includes a Browning 7 mm Magnum bolt-action rifle, a box of 7 mm ammunition, hunting jacket, orange vest, hunting license and a Verizon smart phone.1:40 a.m. Thursday — A 31-year-old Adrian man, who police did not identify, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Tarrtown Road in East Franklin Township.1:02 a.m. Thursday — A 28-year-old Templeton man, who police did not identify, was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Troy Hill Road near Route 28/66 in Manor Township.12:22 p.m. Wednesday — One person was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck on Route 28 at the Furnace Run Road overpass in South Buffalo Township. The crash happened when a sport utility vehicle driven by Robin E. Shaffer, 38, of Pittsburgh collided with a pickup truck driven by Thomas L. Goldscheitter, 52, of Cabot. Shaffer, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital in East Franklin Township with unknown injuries.

11:20 a.m. Friday — Slush on the berm was blamed for a one-car accident on Route 422 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. The vehicle, driven by Tyler J. Lunn, 18, of Ellwood City, spun out of control and struck a tree.
