NORTH WASHINGTON — North Washington Volunteer Fire Department will have a Christmas auction at 5 p.m. Friday in the North Washington Social Hall, 2231 Oneida Valley Road.

Toys, household items, decorations and tools are among the items that will be auctioned. The kitchen will be open.

The auction benefits North Washington VFD.

JEFFERSON TWP — Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, will host “GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays,” a bereavement support seminar, at 1 p.m. Dec. 3 in the Haven II classroom on the Concordia at Cabot campus, 148 Marwood Road.The seminar is for those who have lost a loved one days, months or years ago.
