The Butler Arbors Residents Association will have a holiday market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the community room of Butler Arbors Apartments, 200 Lincoln Ave.

Crafts, Christmas gifts and a flea market will be included. Proceeds benefit the residents' activities.

BRADY TWP — Slippery Rock University's Old Stone House, in partnership with the 10th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Corps, will celebrate a Civil War Christmas from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 6 at the house at the intersection of Routes 8, 173 and 528.The 10th Pennsylvania will wear period costumes and show how Christmas was celebrated in that era. Displays will include military gear and children's toys and gifts.
