SAXONBURG — Free tobacco cessation classes will be offered at 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Nov. 22 and Nov. 24 on the second floor of the Butler Health System, 101 Alwine Road.

The classes are funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

MIDDLESEX TWP — Holy Sepulcher School, 6515 Old Route 8 North, will have its annual Longaberger Basket Bingo Nov. 22.Lunch will be at 11 a.m. in the cafeteria and bingo will begin at 11:30 a.m.Participants will play bingo through the afternoon and receive Longaberger Baskets as prizes.Tickets are available by calling the school at 724-586-5022.

“A Handcrafted Christmas” craft show will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 29 at the Clay Township Building, 1115 Euclid School Road. Lunch will be available for purchase.Proceeds from the show will benefit the North Trails Library and its services for the communities in northern Butler County.

JEFFERSON TWP — The One Voice Christian Vocal Ensemble will perform at 7 p.m. Nov. 30 in the Concordia's Haven I Dining Room, 112 Marwood Road.The concert, under the direction of David Pressau, will feature a wide variety of styles, from classical to contemporary, with Scripture passages and dramatic narration.The one-hour concert and refreshments will be free. Lifesteps will offer two Child Check screenings in December.9 a.m. to noon Dec. 1, YMCA, 339 N.
