These items have been collected from various police departments.

9:22 p.m. Monday — Colleen Ryan, 64, of Butler told police that her dog jumped into her lap as she drove, causing her to crash into the back of a pickup truck parked in the 300 block of West North Street.

10:47 p.m. Friday — Bradley J. Newcamp, 28, of Butler was arrested on a bench warrant after he was caught loitering outside the Dollar General at the Greater Butler Mart. Police said when officers questioned him he gave a bogus name. He was searched and found with suspected drug contraband.Police also learned that Newcamp was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear at a court hearing involving a theft from a vehicle in September. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on the warrant.Police said they also charged him with false identification to law enforcement authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4 p.m. Friday — An unknown hit-and-run driver in a triaxle truck struck the back of a car traveling in Muddy Creek Township. The truck was described as deep royal blue. Amy J. Kennedy, 40, of Portersville was driving the car. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.

5:19 p.m. Nov. 5 — A motorcycle driven by Melvin D. Culley, 72, of Harrisville struck a deer on Route 208 in Irwin Township. Police did not immediately know if Culley was injured in the crash. He was wearing a seat belt.12:13 p.m. Nov. 2 — One person was hurt after a pickup truck struck a deer in Clinton Township, Venango County. Jesse A. Depietro, 22, of Kennerdell lost control of the pickup and crashed into a guardrail on Old Lisbon Road just east of Witherup Road. Depietro, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.

9:04 p.m. Monday — Alexis A. Calhoun, 27, of Worthington was one of three people hurt when a car rear-ended the car she was driving in East Franklin Township. Nicholas E. Krchelich, 23, of Apollo was the other driver.Calhoun, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital in East Franklin Township with a minor injury. Karrah M. McEntire, 21, of Kittanning and Kammie L. Connelly, 23, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, both passengers in Krchelich's car, also were treated at ACMH for minor injuries.Police said Krchelich was cited for careless driving.2:28 p.m. Monday — Three people were hurt when a vehicle driven by Nanette L. Weibel, 57, of East Brady struck another vehicle on Route 268 at Kaylor Frogtown Road in Sugarcreek Township. Weibel's car slid into a tree and struck a utility pole after the collision.The other driver, Kelly R. Girdon, 42, of Kittanning, was pulled off the road to deliver a newspaper when her car was hit. Both drivers and Mark Yanoff, 48, of Easy Brady, suffered minor injuries.7 a.m. Nov. 1 — William H. Dawson, 26, of Karns City swerved his pickup truck to avoid a deer on Queenstown Road in Perry Township. The pickup rolled over and came to rest on its roof.
