Edward J. Beveridge
Edward J. Beveridge, 66, of Butler passed away Sunday at his home.
Born on Feb. 19, 1948, in Pleasantville, he was a son of the late James and Sara Dusham Beveridge.
He was employed at Servistar as a transportation manager for more than 25 years. He later worked for Keystone Dedicated Logistics freight management until his retirement on Jan. 1, 2012.
He was a member of the Penn State Alumni Club and was an avid Penn State football fan.
Surviving are his son, Scott (Nikki) Beveridge of Rogers, Ark.; his daughter, Erin (Rory) DeYoung of Butler; his four grandchildren, Noah, Sam, Will, and Charlotte, and his numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Bowman Beveridge, who passed away on March 7, 2012, and by his loyal dog, Hendrix.
