Ralph A. Fischer of Zelienople, formerly of Cranberry Township, passed away Wednesday.

Ralph retired from the Operating Engineers Local 66.

He was the beloved husband of Donna (Kneiss) Fischer; father of Anthony C. Fischer (Michele) and Michael H. Fischer (Tammy); beloved son of Lillian Straessley Fischer and the late Anthony Fischer; brother of Loretta Fischer, Jane Polochak, Betty Fischer, Bertha Barkley, Joann Rader and Rosemary Poole; and grandfather of Alex, Samantha, Austin, Nicholas and Maddee. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Fischer, who passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Ferdinand Church, Cranberry Township.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice or to the American Cancer Society.
