A truck hauling a portable storage container sits under downed power lines after crashing into a utility pole on Denny Road in Middlesex Township about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The driver, whose name was not immediately available, was not hurt, but he was stuck for a while inside the truck due to the downed wires on and around the truck. Middlesex Township police notified West Penn Power. The driver apparently got tired waiting for a utility crew to get there, and he got out of the truck on his own, police said. The scene was not cleared until after 6 p.m.
