Helen E. Boben

Helen E. Boben of 202 Maplewood Drive will celebrate her 90th birthday with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 1660 N. Main St. Ext.

The former Helen E. DeCorte was born Aug. 9, 1924, in East Brady. She married Harry J. Boben on April 24, 1948, at St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church in East Brady.

She has three children, Harry W. (Mary Lou) Boben of Butler, Paula J. (Tom) Horne of North Augusta, S.C. and Joe M. (Anne) Boben of Butler. She also has six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She retired from Butler Hospital as a registered nurse.

She is a member of St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church Ladies Guild and Mercy Hospital Alumni.
