Brian L. Magill
Brian L. Magill, 43, of Evans City passed away Saturday at UPMC Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born on Jan. 9, 1971, in Butler, he was the son of Larry and Bernadette (Worst) Magill of Evans City.
Brian had a profound love for education and learning, especially history. He was a former teacher of special education at the Seneca Valley School District and a former assistant principal at Butler Senior High School.
In his spare time, Brian enjoyed reading and loved to garden flowers and vegetables. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
In addition to his parents, Brian leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 15 years, Sherri (Davis) Magill of Evans City, who he married on Sept. 5, 1998; his brother, Steven Magill and his wife, Barbara, and his nieces, Samantha and Amanda Magill, all of Evans City.
Brian was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Sylvester and Lillian Magill, and his maternal grandparents, Anna and Harold Worst.
Magill — The Magill family will receive friends of Brian L. Magill, who passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014, from 4 p.m. until the time of a celebration of life service at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev. Andrew Shaffer officiating.
