11:15 p.m. Wednesday — Heather Wagner, 34, and Jonathan Felock, 34, both of Butler were charged with possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found them unconscious in a car parked at Walmart in Butler Commons.Police responded to a report two people were sleeping in a car. Officers were able to wake the duo and found heroin, crack cocaine and other drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, according to the police report.Both Wagner and Felock were arrested and later released to a friend.

6 a.m. Wednesday — Katherine E. Neff, 25, of Chicora reported someone stole a Garmin GPS unit, various Bed-n-Body works items, and a watch from her car while it was parked in her driveway along the 700-block of Center Drive in Oakland Township.The value of the stolen items was estimated at $155.Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact state police at 724-284-8100.
