CABOT — A free educational program on backyard poultry raising will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the American Legion Lauter-Falkner Post 683, 754 N. Pike Road.

Elise Able, a representative for Blue Seal Feeds, will give the presentation.

Pizza will be available at 5:30 p.m.

EVANS CITY — The Evans City Historical Society's museum is now open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday.The museum is in the back of the Evans City Library building, 204C S. Jackson St.The new hours will be in effect until Christmas. Admission is free.Notices of local upcoming news should be received by the Focus Department one week in advance of the event.
