Pvt. Jonathan Rhodaberger of Fenelton graduated from the U.S. Marine Corps boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island on April 25.
Rhodaberger successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD Parris Island as one of 48 recruits in 3rd Battalion, Lima Co. Platoon 3025. While in recruit training, Rhodaberger achieved Expert Rifleman and Honor Platoon, leading the MOTO Run.
Following 10 days home on leave, he will report to Camp LeJeune for Military Combat Training, then Military Occupation Specialty School for motor transport.

Air Force Airman Nicholas Pritchard graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.Pritchard is the son of Deborah Mihalek of Slippery Rock.He is a 2013 graduate of Pace High School in Florida.
