Debra L. Butler, 56, of West McGowan Street, Prospect, passed away Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

Mrs. Butler was born in Ellwood City on Nov. 1, 1957. She was the daughter of Kenneth and Inez Scott Rayman.

Debra is survived by her husband, Dale; her son, Adam, and her three daughters, Lacey, Beth and Michaela. Also surviving is her sister, Denise.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents.
