12:32 p.m. Thursday — A 19-year-old Ohio woman had moderate injuries following a two-car accident at the intersection of Route 173 and the Interstate 80 off ramp in Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County.A car driven by Sabrina R. Marshall, 19, of Boardman, Ohio, failed to stop at a stop sign coming off the eastbound exit of the interstate and was struck by a pickup truck driven by David R. Dunbar, 47, of Greenville.Kristen A. Klein, a passenger in Marshall's car, was taken to the Grove City Medical Center by Superior Ambulance with moderate injuries.Kristin L. Dunbar, 33, the passenger in the pickup truck, also was transported with minor injuries.Neither driver was injured.Marshall was cited for a stop sign violation.Feb. 17 — David J. Brown, age unknown, of Grove City reported a revolver handgun was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at the Grove City Medical Center in Pine Township, Mercer County.The vehicle was locked, but it appeared one of the passenger doors had a frozen lock and could be opened, according to police.

8:33 a.m. Friday — Angela J. Cogswell, age unknown, of Grove City was arrested Friday on charges of forgery, identity theft, and providing false identification to law enforcement stemming from an incident that occurred Nov. 5.Cogswell was pulled over for a traffic violation along Route 8 in Victory Township, Venango County. She failed to produce a driver's license, but told police she was Tanya L. Best of Rimersburg.Best is Cogswell's sister.Two traffic citations were issued in which Cogswell later pleaded guilty to under her sister's name. She also established a payment plan in Best's name.Cogswell was arraigned on four counts of felony charges for forgery and several misdemeanors. She was placed in Venango County Jail on $5,000 bail.
