10:16 a.m. Wednesday — Ashley M. Smith, 24, and Jedediah L. Owens-Vickers, 21, both of Butler, were charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after they allegedly attacked a 20-year-old woman.Daniel Toner, 27, of Butler told police he and Melodie Deal, also of Butler, were walking along West Brady Street when they got into a confrontation with Smith and Owens-Vickers.Toner said Smith knocked Deal to the ground and punched her while Owens-Vickers held her down. Smith admitted to hitting Deal after she was arrested, but said Owens-Vickers never touched Deal.3:28 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Rebecca L. Gay, 49, of Butler and Isabel P. Coll, 70, of Butler collided at Federal and North Washington streets.5:29 a.m. Feb. 19 — A pickup driven by Tyler Uric, 20, of Sarver hit a guardrail on icy Morton Avenue. An SUV driven by Justice Poston, 19, of Cabot then hit the guardrail before hitting the rear of the stopped pickup.4:26 p.m. Feb. 17 — A car driven by Donald Kastelic, 78, of Butler hit the rear of an SUV driven by Donald Spencer, 57, of Butler at the intersection of Brady and Monroe streets.

11:15 p.m. Tuesday — A person in a vehicle threw a blunt object from the window, hitting the vehicle of Ashtin Fischer of Butler on Freeport Road in Summit Township. The same act occurred a short time later with the object hitting the vehicle of Whitney Laidlaw of Saxonburg on Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township.4:49 a.m. Saturday — A 2004-2006 silver Chrysler Sebring convertible hit a mailbox and a utility pole on icy Route 308 in Center Township before fleeing. Anyone who can identify the vehicle is asked to call Trooper James Long at 724-284-8100.12:10 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Robert Boosel, 22, of West Sunbury hit the corner of a house along Route 308 in Center Township.12:52 a.m. Feb. 2 — Cody R. Christy, 22, of West Sunbury was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Euclid Road in Clay Township.

7:48 p.m. Feb. 16 — Markie D. Gustafson, 22, of DuBois, Clearfield County, lost control of her car while driving on Interstate 80 and struck the Emlenton bridge. Gustafson was charged with driving at an unsafe speed.

11:25 a.m. Thursday — A tractor-trailer driven by Jeremy Guthrie, 36, of Trout Run, Lycoming County, hit the rear of a plow truck driven by Donnie Barger, 56, of Franklin on Interstate 80 in Irwin Township.
