6:30 a.m. Wednesday — Joann M. Esenwein, 37, of New Castle lost control of her car while driving on Interstate 79 in Clearfield Township and crashed into a snow covered berm. Icy conditions are believed to have been the cause of the accident.6:20 a.m. Wednesday — A Jeep Wrangler driven by Cody W. Belles, 23, of Karns City rolled onto its roof after Belles lost control of the vehicle on an ice-covered Conerty Road in Clearfield Township and struck an embankment. Belles was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.3:03 a.m. Wednesday — Lisa M. Philbrook, 20, of Butler was charged with simple assault, harassment, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a domestic dispute with Matthew A. Hutto, 23, of Butler at a residence along Freeport Road in Summit Township.10:01 p.m. Tuesday — Kyle M. Harancher, 27, of Evans City was arrested for suspected DUI after police stopped him for driving the wrong way on West Jefferson Street in the city. Charges are pending a blood test.8:48 p.m. Tuesday — Adam Lee McCardle, 27, of Grove City was charged with possession of an illegal substance after police found drugs in his car during a traffic stop along Kittanning Street in Butler.7 p.m. Tuesday — A 26-year-old Butler man was arrested for suspected DUI after he was stopped for a traffic violation at the intersection of Route 356 and Center Avenue in Butler Township. Police did not name the suspect. Charges are pending a blood test.2:17 p.m. Monday — Two men sustained minor injuries following a hit-and-run crash on Route 422 in Clearfield Township.A car driven by Michael A. Szulkowski, 19, of Butler was attempting to turn left into the M&M Lime Stone company parking lot when it was struck by another vehicle.The vehicle, believed to be a dark colored Jeep, then fled the scene east on Route 422.Szulkowski and a passenger, Richard D. Warren, 19, of Butler, both sustained minor injuries but were not transported to a hospital.7:08 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Nona J. Lindner, 76, of New Castle was struck by a tractor trailer driven by George E. Stairs, 57, of Dayton, Pa., while attempting to make a left-hand turn off Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. There were no injuries in the accident.6 p.m. Monday — Jacob S. Manko, 30, reported someone stole multiple guns, video game systems and cash from his Orchard Park Lane home in Slippery Rock Township.3 a.m. Sunday — An unknown suspect broke the drivers side mirror of a car owned by Vincent Venturini, 21, of Slippery Rock. The estimated value of the damage is $200.Feb. 13 — Jamison Auto Sales in Washington Township was cited for violations for failing to submit an ATV title application and fees to the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.Jan. 28 — Rich J. Osche, unknown age, of Slippery Rock reported someone stole money from his unlocked vehicle along Marigold Lane in Brady Township.

12:30 a.m. Wednesday — Jason Scott Gariglio, 41, of Kittanning was arrested for suspected DUI along Route 268 in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Charges are pending a blood test.
