Westminster's departments of modern languages and English host the third Tournées Film Festival, concluding at 7 p.m. Tuesday with “Couleur De Peau: Miel (Approved for Adoption)” in the Sebastian Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center. Admission is free. The contemporary film will be subtitled with the screening followed by a discussion.
