SLIPPERY ROCK — The Slippery Rock University men’s and women’s cross country teams have received all-academic honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Both teams have a collective cumulative grade point average above 3.0.

Eight Rock runners achieved individual all-academic honors with GPA’s above 3.25. They include male runners Morgan Elliott, Michael Beegle and Ryan McGuire, female runners Kara Styles, Sara Miller, Sarah Wirth, Jenny Picot and Brittany Fagan.
