Samuel J. Shultz, 27, of Kittanning Hollow, Bradys Bend Township, died Monday at his home.

Born April 17, 1986, he was the son of Dave H. and Pearl M. (Pezzuti) Shultz.

Survivors include his parents of Kittanning Hollow; one sister, Jodie Love (Ron) of Kittanning Hollow; two brothers, Ben (Missy) Shultz of Sagamore and Jake (Shannon) Shultz of Pittsburgh; his grandmother, Mitzie Shultz of Kittanning Hollow; three nieces; two nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Sam was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, his paternal grandfather and one aunt, Susie Shultz.

SHULTZ — A memorial service for Samuel J. Shultz, who died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Community Church with the Rev.
