Opening in style Raiders pull away for victory;

KC, GCHS and Moniteau flex defensive muscle in wins

Katie Brown scored 15 points and the Seneca Valley girls basketball team pulled away from Hampton in the fourth quarter for a 63-55 win in the Seneca Valley Tournament Friday night.

Lexus Lambert and Abbie Trzeciak each added 13 points for the Raiders, who withstood a 26-12 third quarter by Hampton with a fourth-quarter run to secure the win.
