When you went in the woods and didn’t come out again.

But if I could write a story it would be the greatest ever told

Of a kind and loving husband, pappy and father who had a heart of gold.

You have eleven grandkids now, most of them you haven’t met

But they all have a part of you in them that keeps you living yet.

This story could be a billion pages

But dad it still wouldn’t be enough to say how much we love and miss you each and every day.
