2:11 p.m. Wednesday — Tyler J. Prokay, 49, of Freeport was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle struck a utility pole along West Eldorado Road about 200 yards east of Route 38 in Washington Township.Monday — Nearly 50 DVDs of a western genre were stolen in a burglary at a mobile home on Star Grille Road in Summit Township. The burglar got inside through a locked back door. The break-in happened between 8:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.8:34 a.m. Oct. 28 — A car driven by Gary E. Mills, 54, of Dubois, Clearfield County, struck a pickup truck while changing lanes on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. The car rolled over after the collision. Police cited Mills for careless driving and a lane violation. David E. Roeser, 35, of Wexford was driving the pickup.Oct. 25 — A large amount of construction equipment and power tools were stolen from a utility trailer on Williams Point in Forward Township. The thief cut the lock on the trailer doors. The theft happened between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 24 and 7 a.m. Oct. 25.Oct. 22 — A Jeep Grand Cherokee reported stolen earlier from a garage on Route 68 in Oakland Township was found not far away on Henricks Road after the front driver's side wheel apparently became detached. The theft happened between 10 p.m. Oct. 21 and 8 a.m. Oct. 22.

3 a.m. today — A van driven by Davone Bonneau, 36, of Natrona Heights hit a deer on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township.5:07 p.m. Tuesday — Jeffrey Travis Toy, 18, of Kittanning and Tracy Annette Goodman, 41, of Worthington were charged with harassment following an altercation at 156 W. Main St. in Worthington.State Police, MercerWednesday — An unknown thief stole prescription medication from an employee's locker at the Grove City Medical Center in Pine Township. The theft happened between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.2:16 a.m. Sunday — Joseph Bender, 19, of Mars was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup truck struck a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Lake Township. Police said Bender was asleep at the wheel of the wrecked truck when they found him. He admitted that he had been drinking, according to a police report.

Monday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement reported that the Lyndora Hotel in Butler Township was cited for violating the state liquor law by selling or furnishing alcohol to minors.An administrative law judge will hear the case.
