ADAMS TWP — A person was flown by medical helicopter Friday night to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh following an accident on the Mars- Evans City Road.

The crash occurred at the road’s intersection with Caloma Lane at 6:37 p.m.

Adams Area Fire Department and Quality Ambulance responded to the scene. They left the site shortly after 8 p.m.

No other information was available Saturday morning.
