AABC faculty show moving to Cranberry

“Autumn Facade,” an acrylic painting by Cythia Krupnik, is part of the Associated Artists of Butler County Regional Faculty Art show running through Saturday at The Art Center. Sixty pieces will move on to an exhibit at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center.

The Associated Artists of Butler County Regional Faculty Art show will conclude Saturday at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St.

But then 60 pieces from the show will be chosen to go on to an exhibit Nov. 5 to 15 at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center.

A reception for the Cranberry show will be held Nov. 6, when cash awards will be presented.

This show has no theme and is open to any teacher, active or retired.

Upcoming exhibits at The Art Center include: Artwork by Leah Mitchell and David Todd, both Butler natives who are living in Chicago, Nov. 1 to 16; and the annual holiday show and sale, Nov. 22 to Jan. 4.

Art Center hours are noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Admission is free. Call 724-283-6922 or visit www.aabcArtCenter.com.
