The Associated Artists of Butler County continues the “Art of Horror” exhibit in the Underground Gallery at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St. The annual Nature and Wildlife Show concludes on Saturday. More than 20 artists are represented in the show. Artwork includes paintings, pastels, photographs, jewelry and 3-D pieces. Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., continues its Indian fall film series starts with “Sometimes There Is Joy, Sometimes There Is Sorrow” at 5:30 p.m. Monday, and “Paa” at 6 p.m. Nov. 14. “Treasure or Trinket?” antique appraisals will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 19. Verbal appraisals by antiques dealers will cost $5 per item with a limit of 10 items. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8. Tours are available with advance notice for no extra charge. Saxonburg Area Artists Cooperative, 215 Main St., rear, Saxonburg, presents paintings, collage work and tiles by Bernadette Wladyka of Leesburg, Va., through Nov. 2. Admission is free. Gallery hours are noon to 8 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays. Call 412-260-5779.

Red Brick Gallery, 17 Main St., Foxburg, is exhibiting photography by Ray Rossi, 2-D and 3-D artworks by Kirk Poffenberger, and animal drawings by Mark Cole through Sunday. Call 724-659-0003. Hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Fridays, noon to 8 p.m. Saturdays and 1 to 6 p.m. Sundays.

Carnegie Museum of Art, 4400 Forbes Ave., continues the Carnegie International through March 16, 2014. Artist talks, performances, screenings, and parties accompany the exhibit. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, with additional hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays, and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Admission is $17.95 for adults, $14.95 for senior citizens, $11.95 for students and children ages 3 to 18, and free for children younger than 3. Admission after 4 p.m. Thursdays is discounted.
