10:55 a.m. Wednesday — Michael P. Hollenbaugh, 28, of Warren, Ohio, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property after police were dispatched to Foster's Pools for a report of a stolen cell phone.

11:24 p.m. Sept. 5 — Austin H. Burns, 19, of Harrisville crashed his pickup truck into a fence on North Washington Road east of the intersection of Stoops Road in Washington Township.Aug. 31 — David Massa, 42, of Pittsburgh reported someone stole an ATV and dune buggy from his campground near Book Road in Muddy Creek Township. The theft occurred sometime between Aug. 22 and Aug. 31. The total value of the vehicles stolen was $2,700.

6:45 a.m. Thursday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Nancy P. Slaugenhoup, 62, of Emlenton struck a deer at Route 338 and Strawberry Farm Road in Beaver Township.

Friday — A hit and run crash occurred sometime between late Thursday night and early Friday morning in front of the Bradys Bend Township Municipal Building on Route 68.Someone drove off the road and through the front grass area of the building before hitting a fence near the entrance of the building. The person then drove away.A piece of the front middle grill area was found at the scene. It was blue and had a Chevrolet emblem.Anyone with information can call 724-543-2011.6:30 a.m. Wednesday — A school bus driven by Cindy L. Hassa, 49, and a sport utility vehicle driven by Beth A. Porter, 30, both of Kittanning, collided on Route 422 just east of Burton Drive in Manor Township. There were no passengers on the bus and no one was injured. Police said Hassa was cited for a stop sign violation.

Sept. 15 — Someone stole about 20 pounds of copper from 241 S. Broad St. sometime after 3 p.m. The copper was valued at about $60.
