Slippery Rock Heritage Association will host the 14th annual car cruise during Slippery Rock Heritage Days. The cruise will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Main Street will be closed to through traffic. Car registration is $5. Activities will include live music, prizes, trophies, a bake sale, and a Heritage memorabilia display. The 21st annual McConnells Mill Heritage Festival will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 28 and 29. The mill is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through October.
