Bartramian Audubon Society's wildlife sanctuaries will be the site of expert-led field trips to see habitats, vegetation and wildlife. The trip on Saturday will be to the Robert A. Macoskey Center for Sustainable Systems of Slippery Rock University on Harmony Road. Trips are free and residents may participate in any or all of them. Wagman Observatory in Deer Lakes Regional Park near Russellton. The heritage festival will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 28 and 29. The mill is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
