9:43 p.m. Monday — A black, 2003 Carry On utility trailer was stolen from Schramm Lane. The 4- by 6-foot trailer has wood sides and the Pennsylvania license plate XGE1291. It was last seen on Monday. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-285-9600.

Tuesday — Police filed a pair of criminal charges against an Allegheny County man who reported a medical emergency at Red Oak Court in Jefferson Township on Aug. 14 when no emergency existed. The suspect, Edward J. Patrick, 39, of Tarentum, is charged with false identification to police and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.3:40 p.m. Sunday — Daniel W. Ernst, 20, of Cabot was hurt when the car he was driving rear-ended another car on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township. Ernst, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Police said he was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Jennifer E. Royer, 21, of Clarion was the other driver.2:55 a.m. Saturday — Jacob T. Freiters, 20, of Petrolia was hurt when he was unable to stop his pickup truck before it slid underneath a tree that had fallen on Hemlock Road just east of Story Road in Bruin.Freiters, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital near Kittanning with moderate injuries. Police said he was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

4:15 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Kristin A. Hepler, 18, of Butler wrecked on an embankment on Bernard Road in Sugarcreek Township.8:54 a.m. Wednesday — A suspected drugged driver was hurt in a one-car crash on Main Street just north of Hobson Drive in Manor Township. Timothy M. Woods Sr., 59, of Apollo lost control of the car, hit a mailbox and traveled over an embankment. Woods, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital in East Franklin Township with moderate injuries. A police report said investigators suspect Wood was under the influence of a controlled substance and DUI charges are pending.

10:30 p.m. Sunday — Corey J. Kradel, 35, of New Castle was arrested after allegedly assaulting 29-year-old Ericka L. Shearer of Grove City during a domestic dispute at a Cranberry Road home in Pine Township, Mercer County. Kradel was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.

Wednesday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement reported that a Butler County bar has been cited for violating the state liquor law.The Ginger Hill Tavern on South Main Street in Slippery Rock on June 6 allegedly violated the provisions of happy hour. The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who can impose penalties.
