Butler Township Police9:43 p.m. Thursday — Joseph Frazzini, 42, of Rochester is wanted by township police after he hit a 38-year-old woman at a residence on Cantrell Street. Frazzini pushed and struck the woman, causing her minor injuries, then fled on foot.12:24 p.m. Thursday — Brittney Dezwick, 38, of Butler was cited for driving at an unsafe speed after she crashed into the back of another car at the intersection of New Castle Road and North Duffy Road. The other car was driven by Richard Terwilliger, 80, of Butler.10:08 p.m. Wednesday — Adam Took, 26, of Butler was arrested for huffing solvents after township police and medics were dispatched to his house.March 26 — Heather Thornton, 24, and Kimberly Kiser, 36, both of Butler, were charged with theft, forgery, and fraud after an incident that occurred between March 22 and March 26.The women removed bank checks from a residence on Evans City Road and used them to make purchases of nearly $2,900.
State Police, Butler4:27 a.m. Friday — Kirk J. Rekasie, 51, of Evans City suffered minor injuries after rolling his vehicle over on Woodlands Road in Connoquenessing Township.Rekasie did not stop at the stop sign before attempting a turn at the intersection with Route 528. During the turn, Rekasie lost control of his Ford Explorer and struck an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll onto its driver’s side.He is charged with failure to obey traffic control devices.8:44 p.m. Wednesday — Michael E. Page, 24, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Page was seen driving erratically through traffic on Interstate 79 near mile marker 85 in Jackson Township.July 11 — Someone stole a PennDOT traffic analyzer off Saxonburg Boulevard near its intersection with Knoch Road in Clinton Township. The theft occurred sometime between the night of July 10 and the morning of July 11.3:24 p.m. June 7 — Jeri D. Ramsey, 55, of Evans City was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance after she crashed her mini van into the back of a car driven by Sarah Degusipe, 31, of Cranberry Township. Ramsey was found to be operating her vehicle under the influence of Xanax to an amount rendering her incapable of safe driving. She also faced additional traffic violations.
State Police, New CastleJuly 12 — A suspect stole a Stihl gas powered trimmer from the Unity Baptist Church in Scott Township.
Grove City Police8:36 p.m. July 18 — A Beaver County man was injured after a bicycle accident on Greenwood Drive.Taylor Stein of Monaca was riding his bike when his front wheel and tire came loose, causing him to crash. He had moderate injuries and was taken to the Grove City Medical Center for treatment.
