Drug Task Force makes 6 arrests
The Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force arrested six suspected drug dealers on Thursday and Friday.
Police took into custody Butler residents Joshua K. Minehart, 37, Carrie J. Cubbage, 26, Denise L. Koebler, 36, and Jennifer Perdue, 36, as well as Dawnetta Mentzer, 47, of Slippery Rock for selling controlled substances.
Police also charged Robert L. Miller, 40, who is in Butler County Prison on parole violations, with selling controlled substances.
The arrests followed investigations of the sales of heroin, crack cocaine, and narcotic prescription drugs.
Minehart was arrested for allegedly selling oxycodone in the city on March 12 and heroin on May 7. He is in prison on $50,000 bail.
Cubbage was arrested for allegedly selling heroin on April 26 and May 16 in the city. She also has bail set at $50,000.
Koebler was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after an incident on March 27. She was released on her own recognizance.
Perdue was charged with selling heroin on March 14, and Mentzer was charged with selling crack cocaine on March 15. Both each have a $25,000 bond.
Miller allegedly sold heroin on March 20.
Aside from Koebler, the five suspects are in prison.
Task force officers expect to pick up several other drug suspects in the next several days.
