James Webb

James V. Webb Jr., 51, of Butler passed away unexpectedly at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Oct. 16, 1961, in Charleston, N.C., to the late James V. Webb Sr. and Laura C. Richie Webb Lucas.

He was a Protestant.

He was a truck driver for TR Trucking.

He was a member of American Legion Post 117. He enjoyed repairing lawn mowers and tractors. He also enjoyed his pet parrot, Ringo.

He is survived by his companion, Joyce A. Smith; grandmother, Margaret “Peg” Webb; daughter, Tosha M. Webb; and son, Bryan Webb. Three sisters, four brothers and several aunts and uncles also survive.
