Butler Police5:23 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by John Goepfert of Butler was struck from behind by a hit-and-run driver on Center Avenue. The offending vehicle, described as a black Jeep or Chevrolet Blazer, then sped through the red light at East Wayne and McKean streets and fled the scene.
