Butler's softball team scored eight runs in the top of the seventh inning in a 9-2 win over Knoch Friday at Laura Doerr Park.
Aubrey Schmeider singled and homered and Anna Heade singled twice and doubled for the Golden Tornado (7-10).
Abbi Smithmyer singled and doubled for Knoch (9-8).
