The members of Harmony Lodge No. 429, Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania, in Zelienople, witnessed Jeremy Rice of Fombell receive the third degree in Freemasonry, the Master Mason.

The degree was conferred by Donald Biertempfel of Harmony, Past Master of the lodge. Rice’s guide during the ceremony was Josh Wencil of Zelienople. Ronald Goebel of Cranberry Township presented Rice with a Masonic pin. Goebel is a member and Past Master of John E. Mair Lodge No. 729, F&AM, Mars. Alan Duncan of Zelienople, current master of Harmony Lodge No. 429, congratulated Rice on completing the three basic degrees in Freemasonry and becoming a full member of Harmony Lodge.
