Adam R. Cravenor

Adam R. Cravenor, 34, of Hooker passed away Wednesday at his brother's home.

He was born June 21, 1978, in Kittanning, and was the son of the late John R. Cravenor and Joan (Stephens) Cravenor.

Adam enjoyed camping and doing water sports. He had worked at Preferred Restoration and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving are his mother, Joan L. Cravenor and her fiance, Mark Wolfe, of Karns City; two sons, Colton and Weston Cravenor of Butler; paternal grandmother, Helen Cravenor of Kittanning; three sisters, Christina Stockdill of Monaca, Diana Cravenor of Butler, and Tina (Tim) Mechling of Kittanning; a brother, John Cravenor and his fiance, Kim Luce, of Hooker; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.

CRAVENOR — Friends of Adam R. Cravenor, who passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, will be received at the YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.Services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday with family friend the Rev. George Whipkey officiating.
