BUFFALO TWP — Dale Blaney, Dave Hess Jr. and Chad Brachmann were among the winners as last year’s postponed Steel City Stampede finale took place Sunday at Lernerville Speedway.

Blaney won the Sprint feature of the event for the third straight year, but had to pass Danny Holtgraver and hold off Ed Lynch Jr. for the victory.

Blaney was Sprint track champion at Lernerville in 1991 and Lynch is the track’s all-time Sprint feature win leader.

Hess Jr. claimed the Super Late Model feature over Russell King and Brachmann won the 20th annual Kodiak Graham Memorial Modified race. Brachmann qualified for the feature through the B-Main.

Other feature winners Sunday included Alan Dellinger in the Sportsman Stocks and Max Blair in the Late Models.

More than 211 cars were in the pits, along with 83 Enduro cars.

The 2013 Fab Four racing season begins Friday night at Lernerville.
