SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Robert E. Allen, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and three counts of harassment, filed Oct. 19 by state police.

Brittney R. Barilaro, 23, Valencia waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 16 by Middlesex Township police.

Nicole L. Buzzelli, 34, of Cabot waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 21 by state police.

Shari D. Drissler, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Feb. 7 by Penn Township police.

Scott E. Emerick, 50, of Farmington, Fayette County, waived to court charges of forgery, tampering with record, theft by deception and two counts of access device fraud, filed Dec. 20 by Buffalo Township police.

Gerald B. McNally Jr., 42, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 8 by Buffalo Township police.

James L. Musser III, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 1 by Penn Township police.

Douglas J. Wetzel, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and a charge of criminal mischief, filed Feb. 11 by Penn Township police.

Wetzel, in a separate case filed Feb. 12 by Middlesex Township police, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Lucas R. Williams, 33, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run, filed Dec. 13 by Buffalo Township police.
