Grove City overcame an eight-point halftime deficit and nipped Meadville, 42-41, in boys basketball action Tuesday night.

The Eagles won the game despite failing to sink a free throw.

Danny Torok and Foster Reznor scored 11 points each for Grove City while Jared Graham scored 10. Donte Hollingsworth and Zak Price scored 10 points each for Meadville.
